From design intent to jobsite delivery.
The material may be chosen by the architect, the designer, or the owner. The order usually comes from the builder or the installing trade. Wabash coordinates the path between them — so the wood that was imagined is the wood that shows up.
Select
Product, texture, species, and architectural direction — with the design team, from an established line or a reference image. Most of our products are specification-ready; custom milling and finishing are there when the project requires them.
Sample
Material and finish confirmed in hand, not on a screen. Samples are labeled to the specification they represent, so what gets approved is what gets produced.
Coordinate
Quantities, profiles, moisture targets, lead times, and project requirements — settled before production starts. This is where the quote becomes a plan.
Produce
Milled to profile, textured, and factory-finished as required. Production runs against the approved sample and the confirmed specification.
Deliver
Packaged for the project, labeled for the installing trade, and freighted to the site or shop. Touch-up and replacement material handled the same way — coordinated, not improvised.
